• Calcium Gluconate :  250 Mg.
• Calcium Lactate :  200 Mg.
• Vitamin A : 5000 I.U.
• Vitamin D3   :  1000 I.U.
• Vitamin B12  :   15 Mcg.
• Choline Chloride    : 250 Mg.
